- Ox Hill Baptist Church
Fairfax County, Virginia
The original site plan was developed by RDA in 1979. The main sanctuary was constructed along with a parking area and related utilities. RDA is currently pursuing a revision to the property which will add educational facilities, an additional parking area and incorporate a recent adjacent acquisition of land. Stormwater management systems were also being proposed and designed to meet Chesapeake Bay Requirements.
- Calvary Road Baptist Church
Fairfax County, Virginia
RDA obtained the original permitting and developed a site plan for this 8 acre church site. In the last several years, RDA has been involved in special permitting, site plan preparation, construction stakeout, and related efforts for the expansion of the educational facility and sanctuary. Services to this church have been on-going since the early 1980s.
- Wesleyan Church
Prince William County, Virginia
RDA provided services to develop this 15-acre church site plan, located on Rt. 15, based on the Prince William County criteria. RDA was responsible for obtaining special permits as well as creating design drawings for construction.
