We are looking to hire the right candidate for an Administrative Assistant position to handle the day to day duties in assisting the executive team and President of the company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists executive’s by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
Answers calls and directs inquiries
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsible for keeping the principal of the company organized
Assisting with other special projects as needed by the executive team
1 year of administrative experience, executive support or as an executive assistant is preferred
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong time management skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and attention to detail is a must
