Processing of a Site Plan for 6 warehouse/distribution buildings with a total gross square footage of approximately 600,000 sf on a 50-acre site. Design included layout and grading, earthworks, parking lot layout, stormwater management/BMP, and adequate outfall analysis.

RDA provided civil engineering and survey services for a 14,500 square foot contractor’s shop and storage yard on a 7 acre site in Bristow, Virginia. The project included frontage improvements along Piper Lane, a Transportation Management Plan, and an analysis of the existing stormwater management facility.
