At a glance:  RDA provided site civil engineering and surveying services for the development of Minnieland Academy, an 11,800 square foot daycare center located within the Market Square Commercial Center at Dominion Valley Country Club.  Design included building, parking lot, and playground layout, grading, and utility design.
