Rinker Design Associates (RDA) is a Virginia-based civil engineering firm with 250+ employees on staff and locations in Manassas (two offices), Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Waynesboro, Abingdon, Galax, and Big Stone Gap. A highly dynamic and diverse company, RDA has been providing professional services throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia for over 44 years. 

Since our establishment, we have built a solid reputation for providing conscientious and reliable service to municipalities, governmental agencies, and private industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, services that our clients and respective communities deserve.
