As part of our mission to provide comprehensive services and deliver a complete range of professional capabilities, RDA offers utility design, relocation, and coordination services. Our full-service Utility Engineering Department performs design work in almost every aspect of the utility sector, from water and sanitary sewer design to the design of underground electric duct banks and fiber optic systems. We also play a significant role on transportation projects to ensure that utilities are relocated out of conflict with the proposed project prior to construction. 

RDA’s team is certain that our in-depth knowledge and years of practical experience, including former Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) utility coordinators and utility company employees, will provide every client with highest quality product and service in the most efficient manner possible.
