Our Right of Way (ROW) Department has grown to become one of the leading land acquisition, relocation, and appraisal agencies for the Virginia Departmen of Transportation (VDOT) and localities in Virginia. With ten strategically located offices, we can effectively provide services throughout the state. 

RDA has performed negotiations, land acquisitions, relocations, appraisals, and appraisal review services. Our agents are experienced in the acquisition of land rights for transportation, electric, pipeline, telecommunications, and other public improvement projects. We have a licensed title attorney leading a well-staffed legal department that offers both title and closing services.
