Structures and Bridges

In a continuing effort to support and meet the needs of our clients, RDA provides comprehensive design services that include structures and bridges. RDA’s structures personnel have extensive experience designing and preparing bridge plans per American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), and local standards while incorporating desired aesthetics and details to minimize maintenance and maximize the life of the bridge. RDA’s structural engineering services include the design of complex multi-span curved bridges as well as simple retaining walls, from concept to detailed plans through all project stages.
